Our client is a 38 partner highly regarded law firm based in Central London; the firm comprises about 190 staff.

Legal 500 and Chambers ranked, its commercial and private client base holds some of the UHNW in the UK and overseas.

The firm are now lookingto recruit an enthusiastic Marketing Executive to assist their busy marketing team.

The Role
You will be reporting to the Marketing Team and assisting with related tasks and responsibilities.

Success in this role will rely on excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work with accuracy and to strict deadlines, experience and confidence around running events, and managing competing demands.

This would appeal to someone with both qualificationsand at least 2 years work experience in Marketing (PR, Events, Digital)

Supporting the marketing manager with delivering the firm's marketing activities:

EVENTS

Coordinating events from inception to follow up.
Attending hosted events, ensuring smooth operation and acting as an ambassador and representative of the firm

DIGITAL

Copywriting and proofreading of digital content.
Management of social media scheduling tools to schedule and monitor the publishing of content.
Publishing of internally generated articles onto website, intranet and linked to social channels.
Arranging photography, sourcing imagery and sizing imagery for campaigns/content

Managing daily media monitoring service, including distributing published news stories internally, on the website and promoted in LinkedIn when appropriate.
Providing quarterly media analysis report

BRANDING

Liaising with the design team on creating, editing and publishing brochures, pitches and newsletters
Commissioning and managing stock for branded merchandise.

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

Performing administrative tasks and reporting as needed to ensure functionality and optimal communications on marketing activities. To include organising, scheduling, attending, minuting marketing meetings and preparation of internal reporting.

Who are you?

Previous 2 years' marketing experience ideally within a law firm, other professional services experience will be considered.
Degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred.
Proficient in MS Office, emarketing experience preferred.
Experience in hosting events (in person and virtual)
Experience in copywriting
Keeps up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurement.
Highly organised, excellent time management and organisational skills
Ability to think creatively and generate new, varied and interesting content.
Understanding of marketing principals
Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
