My client is looking for an experienced Spanish speaking Credit Controller to join their central Finance team in their London office near the Barbican.

My client is a British-based global hospitality company, headquartered in London. It is the largest owner-operator hotel management company in London with over 5,000 hotel rooms.

Description
The Spanish speaking Credit Controller will be responsible for:

Ensuring that the billing process is smooth
Minimising overdue payments
Ensuring all invoices are approved
Resolving AR queries
Building strong client relationships
Improving existing/ new credit policies
Liaising with the team in Spain
Other general tasks necessary

Profile

Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Power Point e.g. the ability to analyse large databases and build pivot reports from these is essential.
Demonstrable ability to communicate consistently and effectively with people at all levels and have a high orientation to ontime delivery.
AAT or CAAB qualification is a plus
Minimum 2 years of credit control experience
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel level Strong communication and stakeholders management skills Tenacious with attention to detail
