Credit Controller
The Credit Controller is responsible for all aspects of the collections process for accounts receivable.
This position reports to the Finance team leader and supports the Finance Manager in the management of all accounts receivable functions including:
- Ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner and in line with credit terms
- Supply all customers with weekly / monthly statements and ensure these are accurate and up to date
- Maintain a good working relationship with customers in order to maximise cash collection
- Process payments received from customers daily
- Ensure sales invoices are uploaded to sage daily and reconciled to ensure accurate data is recorded
- Daily balancing of the AR ledger
- Assist with monthend close process for all customer accounts receivable transactions
- Other duties as assigned by management
