We have an exciting opportunity available for a
HR Administrator
to join our team based in Wilford.
You will join us on a full time, permanent** basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

You will become experienced in many aspect of HR, including recruitment and selection, contract renewal, leavers, promotions, probation and performance development.

You'll develop your soft skills including influencing, problem solving, critical thinking, leadership and intercultural fluency.

You'll be a first port of call for varying HR enquiries; you'll interact and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders and your confidence will grow as you flourish in this exciting position.


Responsibilities of our HR Administrator:


  • Enter data into the HR systems and any other recording systems, ensuring this is up to date and the data entered is accurate whilst maintaining relevant documentation and filing systems, whether electronic or manual
  • Administer HR transactions and documentation (such as amendments to contracts of employment, changes to personal details and absence information) and provide data and reports as requested;
  • Assist in dealing with grievance or disciplinary investigations
  • Prepare and manage administration for third party providers as appropriate
  • Prepare all the information to send to payroll and ensure it is accurate
  • Closely liaise with payroll to handle any queries
  • Act as first point of contact for relevant HR queries and escalate when appropriate
  • Contribute to the effective working of the HR team to ensure seamless service line delivery
  • Ensure a focus on accuracy through selfreview and peer checking

What we're looking for in our HR Administrator:

  • Excellent HR administration experience
  • Excellent knowledge of HR Administration processes
  • Previous recruitment experience
  • Ideally assisted with dealing with payroll previously
  • Communicates well both verbally and in writing
  • Flexible approach to work and is a team player with a track record of successfully prioritising work and managing time effectively
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Records information accurately
