Event Manager - B2B Conferences & Events

London, Hybrid working 2 office/ 3 home + International Travel

Base salary £35K, Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Great opportunity for an experienced Event Manager from a commercial b2b conference or exhibition environment.

You will be working within the event operations team of a global events and intelligence business that produce and own its events.

What will you be doing?
The Event Managers are responsible for delivering a busy portfolio of virtual and physical international business conferences and events. The pace is fast, the events are varied and the operations team are incredibly supportive.

As an
Event Manager, you will be responsible for:

Planning and delivering a portfolio of events.
Managing the endtoend event logistics for a big portfolio of annual events. The event formats include inperson, hybrid & virtual.
Researching and sourcing venues, suppliers, and contractors and negotiating budgets and contracts
Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
Traveling to attend and oversee the events

Who are you?
For this Event Manager role, we're looking for a collaborative, confident and ambitious
Event Managerwho can successfully manage projects and tasks from day one

Your experience will include:

Experience managing B2B conferences and exhibitions
Ability to engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders
Excellent attention to detail and meticulous planning and organisation skills
Excellent ability to prioritise your work effectively and efficiently manage competing priorities
Budget management and reporting
Outstanding communication skills, with the professionalism and confidence to liaise with senior level industry contacts.
Working as part of a team
Excellent IT and administration skills
