Are you passionate about all things LEGO and ready to take your building skills to the next level? Do you have an eye for detail, a creative spark, and a love for inspiring others? If you're nodding enthusiastically, then we want you to be our next Master Model Builder

As a Master Model Builder, you'll be at the heart of LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Birmingham's magic. From keeping our models in tip-top condition to leading workshops that spark imagination.

You'll ensure a steady supply of bricks and equipment for endless building enjoyment, collaborating with Guest Experience Hosts to elevate model presentations into awe-inspiring showcases.

Your artistry will extend to orchestrating lighting for mesmerizing visual displays.

In the world of creativity, you'll manage the design, supply, and ordering of models for retail, expanding your creations' impact.

Sharing your boundless passion, you'll contribute to blogs, training manuals, and communications, while also adding flair to external PR events that spread our LEGO love.

This is a full-time, fixed-term role, contracted for 10 months and working any 5 days out of 7.

Our attraction is open daily so full availability is needed, as you'll be expected to work your fair share of weekends and school/bank holidays.

Impeccable attention to detail and a knack for problemsolving

A team player with excellent communication skills
