Elmley has become a destination for luxury escapes with an incredible nature experience.

The Role:

This is a special opportunity to work with a friendly and passionate team in an incredible venue where sustainability and luxury are equally important.

The Role Entails:

Food preparation.
Implementation of menu specs.
Working to the highest levels of food hygiene.

Who we are looking for?
We are looking for someone with a passion for creating & delivering exceptional & beautiful experiences.

Knowledge of a working kitchen is preferred, with an interest in baking and cooking.

Position Details:

Consistency is the most important part of this role and this requires someone who can organise themselves effectively. With punctuality, cleanliness, and an eye for detail being crucial to this.

There will I also be opportunities to help in other areas of the kitchen and learn new skills, as there is plenty going on at the kitchen at Elmley.

Hours will be a mixture of mornings and evenings, including weekends.

Kingshill Farm, Elmley Nature Reserve, Sheerness, Kent ME12 3RW will be the place of work.

Note if researching location using online maps, please note that some apps will add 30mins to the journey time to account for a footpath, it is suggested that the postcode ME12 3RN is used instead.
