Customer Administrator/Scheduling Assistant


Salary:
£11.64 per hour


Hours:
Full time 8.30am - 4.30pm Mon-Fri

Nether Poppleton, York

We are actively recruiting an Administrator/Scheduling Assistant to join the lovely team here at Specsavers Domiciliary based in York.


In this role, you will help to plan the clinics and schedules for the clinical teams that are out and about providing eye care services to patients in their own homes.

You will also be making and taking calls from customers and care home clients.

Part of the role will include scheduling patient appointments and updating customer records as well as route plan visits for the field-based teams.

Organising deliveries back to patients is something else you will be involved in as well as liaising with the field-based teams.
