Exciting opportunity to join the UK division of a growing leading Digital IT Service Provider with a multi £billion turnover employing 20,000 people worldwide in their Enterprise Systems Division as a Bid Manager.

With an office network across the UK, this role will be working out of the Richmond office with flexibility to work remotely, and coming into the office depending on the business demand and collaboration required as part of the bid process.

The Enterprise Systems division is a team of 100 and growing who design, build and deliver a range of proprietary products across the education, health & social care, central and local government verticals.

Passionate about delivering great outcomes to clients and proud of their long-term engagements in both ongoing product development, project delivery and service management.

The primary purpose of the Bid Manager role is to fully manage the end-to-end bid process for the Enterprise Systems team.

The role reports into the Head of Business Development, with a dotted line to the central Head of Bids.

Who you are:

  • Driven, accountable, passionate about bids, focused on continuous improvement and a successful track record.
  • Experience in:
  • Managing highly complex bids with numerous stakeholders.
  • Leading and embedding bid best practice (tools and methodology).
  • Owning and being accountable for the endtoend bid process.
  • Intermediate to advanced capability with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong bid writing, editing, proofing, written and oral communication skills (English).
  • Ability to create impactful visuals/images from written content.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyse complex client needs and determine a suitable response.
  • Positive and professional, with the ability to thrive in high pressure situations and environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Exceptional project management skills with a "get it done" attitude.
  • Ability to coach and steer colleagues within the team and as well stakeholders and SMEs.
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar function (bid/sales/procurement).
  • Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) Accreditation (preferred).
