Streetwise Couriers are seeking an Experienced Customer Service Advisor based in our Surbiton Branch.

The role is Tuesday-Friday 8:00am-17:00pm and Saturday 8:00am-16:00pm.

Duties:

Assist customers with inquiries, account issues, and product information
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while addressing customer needs
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery

Skills:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis.

Experience in the Logistics industry is a plus, as it will allow you to better understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
