Role and Responsibilities

  • To work as part of the team to the best of your abilities
  • To adhere to all health and safety guidelines
  • To adhere to all available relevant SOP's
  • Maintain high housekeeping standards
  • Relay any process improvements /suggestions/challenges to your line leader
  • Be a flexible member of the team, willing to work at any point of the process given the opportunity

Powder Coating Requirements:


  • Prepare and clean surfaces for powder coating
  • Ensure proper adhesion and coverage of powder coating
  • Operate and maintain powder coating equipment and tools
  • Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary touchups or repairs
Full training will be given however experience in a manufacturing role will be preferred.

If you have experience in any of the following areas this would be advantageous but not essential: - Powder Coating - Assembly - Packing - Sheet Steel Fabrication - Mig Weld

  • Flexible
  • Good timekeeping
  • Structured and organised approach to work
  • Experience with powder coating or related field preferred
  • Ability to weld, assemble, fabricate, and paint metal parts
  • Basic math skills for measuring and mixing powders
  • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in metal fabrication
  • Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
