- To work as part of the team to the best of your abilities

- Maintain high housekeeping standards
- Relay any process improvements /suggestions/challenges to your line leader
- Be a flexible member of the team, willing to work at any point of the process given the opportunity
Powder Coating Requirements:
- Prepare and clean surfaces for powder coating
- Ensure proper adhesion and coverage of powder coating
- Operate and maintain powder coating equipment and tools
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary touchups or repairs
If you have experience in any of the following areas this would be advantageous but not essential: - Powder Coating - Assembly - Packing - Sheet Steel Fabrication - Mig Weld
- Flexible
- Good timekeeping
- Structured and organised approach to work
- Experience with powder coating or related field preferred
- Ability to weld, assemble, fabricate, and paint metal parts
- Basic math skills for measuring and mixing powders
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in metal fabrication
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
