We are currently seeking a Passenger Transportation Specialist to join our team and contribute to the well-being and safety of all passengers in the community.

As a Passenger Transportation Specialist at Above & Beyond Travel LTD, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and punctual transportation of passengers to various destinations, including schools, healthcare facilities, and social activities.

You will be responsible for upholding our commitment to passenger safety, reliability, and professionalism.

Your primary duties and responsibilities include:

Safely transport passengers to and from their designated destinations, following predetermined routes and schedules.
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all passengers during transit, providing assistance with boarding and disembarking as needed.
Maintain a clean and wellmaintained vehicle, conducting routine inspections and reporting any issues promptly.
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Communicate effectively with passengers, caregivers, and relevant institutions, providing a positive and professional service experience.
Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents during transportation.
Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks, such as refuelling, cleaning, and checking oil levels.
Attend periodic safety and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and industry standards.
Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanour, creating a welcoming and safe environment for passengers.
Handle any emergency situations calmly and responsibly, following established safety protocols.

Qualifications:

Valid full UK driving license
Essential
Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate or be willing to undertake one

Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
