Finance Assistant

Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove

Up to £25,000 per annum
Hampton Lovett Consultant Surveyors are currently recruiting for a hardworking finance assistant for our commercial offices in Bromsgrove. This role is to support our existing finance team in their daily duties.

This role requires a focussed, pro-active, and confident approach with the ability to multi-task and think outside the box. The role is based in our finance team, assisting the accountant with daily financial matters.

Skills and Experience

Experience working within a fastpaced office environment.
Strong IT skills, proficient in Microsoft packages especially Excel.
Data entry and administration experience
Bookkeeping or financial administration background essential
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Must have experience with Sage 100
AAT or formal qualifications would be an advantage

Main Duties

Deliver efficient administrative support and assistance to the company accountant.
General office organisation regarding filing and paperwork.
Ad hoc holiday support when needed.
