Our prestigious client based in North Killingholme has a volume of vacancies for experienced Car Compound & Discharge Drivers.

This job is highly manual and all applicants should consider themselves fit.


You will be expected to move cars around their large compound from Dockside, all applicants will have to be capable of all manoeuvres reverser parallel parking and should have great care over the brand new vehicles.

All applicants will need to have experience of automatic and manual cars.


The Job & Key responsibilities

  • Runs Monday
  • Sunday
  • Starts anytime from 0700 until finish, usually 8 hours
  • Occasional Saturday or Sunday might be required
  • Basic checks along with relevant paperwork
  • Moving cars from dockside to compound
  • Part time hours are possible but you must be available for the full shift
  • Cat B licence, no more than 6 points, No DD or disqualifications
  • You will need to have 3 + years' experience of driving
  • Previous experience is beneficial
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Honest and reliable
  • Good timekeeping
  • Good attendance record
  • Can work as part of a team
  • Worked in a similar environment before
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to client policies and practice
