Description
Site Supervisor required for our project at Stansted,Essex. Job starts 29th of January.

MNE experience would be advantage, but it's not essential.


Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and manage a team of employees onsite
  • Ensure that all work is completed according to company standards and client requirements
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols and procedures
  • Provide training and guidance to team members
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

  • Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
  • Problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract


Salary:
£25.00 per hour
