We are currently looking for a Senior Arboricultural Consultant to join a multi-disciplinary company near Brighton. The option to work remotely or hybrid working is available. You will be working on a range of projects including residential, commercial andrail.

Whilst working as a Senior Arboricultural Consultant you will be;:

Involved in all areas of tree survey work, including undertaking BS 5837 surveys and reports,
Communicating with clients and landowners,
Producing Tree Constraints Plans, Tree Retention and Removal Plans
Contributing to budgets,
Compiling complex fee quotes.
Project management experience,
Training and mentoring junior team members.

To be considered for the role, you will ideally;

Have degree or minimum Level 3 Arboricultural qualification i.e. FdSc Arb, HNC Arb, AA Tech Cert, NDip Arb.
Have consultancy experience,
Have good knowledge of BS5837 and the planning system in relation to trees.
Be highly competent in surveying trees for hazards, identifying pathogens and assessing tree physiology,
Be competent in preparing Tree Constraints Plans, Tree Retention and Removal Plans in AutoCAD,
Have experience of managing junior consultants is desirable,
Have experience in managing a range of projects,
Holding a LANTRA Professional Tree inspection Certificate (PTI) is advantageous,
Being a member of the Arboricultural Associate is desirable
