Nursery Assistant Role

Empowering Learning is currently looking for a Nursery Assistant based in Bexlexy
. This is a long term role and where you would be working shifts that can range from as long as 8am to 6pm, although it will be various differentshifts. We are looking for an enthusiastic early year's professional for this full-time position.


The School Setting
**Nursery Assistant Role

  • Job Responsibilities*
  • Make sure that the pupils you support are able to engage in learning and stay on task during the lesson or activity
  • Support the social and emotional development of pupils, reporting any issues when required
  • Ensuring the child is supervised on a constant basis during school hours
  • Help the child to learn and engage during teaching periods

Experience, Training & Qualifications

  • Desirable, Montessori experience
  • Good understanding of EYFS curriculum
  • First aid training
  • Previous experience working in a UK school or Nursery
  • Holds CACHE or NVQ Level 2 or 3 or a degree in Childcare/Early Childcare
