We are partnering a leading Hertfordshire employer in the recruitment for a Talent Acquisition Partner.


This is a hybrid role, working 1 to 2 days per week in the office and the rest at home.


Reporting in to the Head of TA and working as part of the wider Recruitment team, the TA Partner will provide full resourcing solutions to the assigned client groups.

This a true Partner role, partnering with Senior Leaders across a mix of Head Office functions.


As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be accountable for providing a 360 degree service to your internal clients, managing c.15 vacancies at any one time.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Building internal stakeholder relationships in order to partner ad influence
  • Direct Sourcing, including market mapping and headhunting
  • Partnering with 3rd party suppliers (External Recruiters, Advertising Agencies etc.)
  • Owning internal client groups and recruitment requisitions.


We are looking for an experienced In-House Recruiter who has ideally recruited across Corporate Functions, from Executive to Entry Level assignments.

As a proven Recruiter, you will have excellent relationship building skills, giving you the credibility to challenge and influence.
