I am working with a global client who are looking to recruit a Head of Data Platform which is a new role to the business.

This role will manage a small team of three but also be working with any outsourced partners.

My client is currently in process of buildinga Azure data platform for corporate services and are looking for someone who can manage the data platform including working and engaging with internal stakeholders to scope out work and manage demand.

Key responsibilities include:

Establish an Azure data platform that is fit for purpose for Corporate demand pipeline
Engage with business stakeholders to scope out work and manage demand
Manage delivery of a functional and technical pipeline of work
Manage ongoing support through a combination of onshore and offshore resource, seeking to drive down incidents, problems and service requests
Collaborate with other business functions to further develop the strategy for Insight & Data, including undertaking Proof of Concepts with our strategic suppliers and markets
Lead a small team of platform support and development specialis
