We are seeking to appoint two talented, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Teaching

Assistants to join our hard-working team to start on 1st September 2023.

Ladypool is a small, happy, vibrant, and diverse primary school with a nursery.

We're looking for dedicated individuals to provide tailored support to our pupils.

You will be committed to making a positive difference to young people's lives and in supporting and developing their learning.

Your intervention will help enable an outstanding learning environment for our young people, providing the support they need to succeed.

• NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent

- working with children in a school setting
- contributing to development, monitoring and review of IEPs
- the ability to maintain positive relationships with students and other adults
- the ability to contribute effectively to teachers' planning and preparation for lessons
- inspire, challenge, and motivate children to achieve
- have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- be committed to fostering excellent relationships between parents, carers, and the community
- embrace the principles of equality and inclusion

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
