Used Car Sales Controller


Duties:


  • Assist the sales manager in the daily operations of the used car department
  • Manage and lead a team of sales professionals
  • Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve department goals
  • Ensure Forecourt is maintained and presentable Communicate with all mechanics at multiple locations to get cars prepared for collection
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics
  • Train and mentor sales staff on effective selling techniques
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or concerns

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in the automotive industry
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices
  • Ability to upsell and crosssell products and services
