The Opportunity:


We are looking for a versatile and highly-organised assistant who will be accountable for leading the business administration for the Forensic Accounting and Commercial Damages service line (FACD), based in our London office as well as assisting our colleagues in Paris and Madrid.

Our aim is to provide high quality support in the delivery of HKA's services as part of the Business Support Team.


This role will include, but not limited to:

  • Responsible for end to end business administration for the FACD service line team.
  • Provide full administrative support to the senior management team including but not limited to; diary management, travel management, organising team and client lunches/dinners.
  • Assist with weekly utilisation schedules and monthly forecast schedules.
  • Carry out conflict checks for any new projects.
  • Review and provide weekly updates of potential new projects, including updating the HKA CRM system on a weekly basis, ensuring process is completed in a timely manner in order to provide accurate reporting to the Board.
  • Weekly review of live project budgets, highlighting any projects close to agreed budget.
  • Assisting with compiling accurate data for monthly business reviews.
  • Support the team with the Delivery Excellence programme.
  • Support in preparation and formatting of reports and proposals.
  • Preparation of presentations (Powerpoint) for both internal use and for use in client matters.
  • Onboarding of new staff, including external consultants.

Skills and Experience:

Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Strong well rounded experience in a relevant post.
  • Experience of managing projects and people in a similar role in the professional services industry.
  • Must have exceptional organisational and prioritising skills as well as extremely confident with managing multiple diaries.
  • Excellent office 365 experience particularly in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
