Location:
Tameside One, Ashton Under Lyne

Working hours: 38.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm. Rota to cover Saturdays 1-in-3 8am to 5:15pm.


Salary:
£12.24 per hour

Your new role:

What you'll do:


In your new role as Facilities Administrator, you will be on-hand to deal with any issues that arise during the day.

You will be first point of contact to ensure our client and our client's employees & visitors, encounter a professional & seamless service from the moment they walk through the doors.


Your key responsibilities include:

  • Establish good working relationships with the client, in order to be recognized as the goto person and a trusted partner
  • Meet & greet visitors in a professional manner
  • Coordination of all FM services in your designated areas and take ownership of this area of responsibility
  • Be aware of relevant policies and procedures in order to inform the department of the best way to solve problems
  • To prepare and maintain a hand over between shifts
  • Assisting with floor orientation and induction of new staff
  • Be responsible for completing cleaning audits & monitoring of porterage/cleaning staff, working to an agreed standard/schedule.
  • Ensure all tasks are logged with the helpdesk and a record of all tasks are kept up to date and managed through to completion
  • General administrative support, communication and hosting as required
  • Key holding responsibilities in times of cover
  • Report any maintenance issues to ensure a speedy resolution

What you'll need:


To be considered for this opportunity, you will have previous adminstrative experience in a customer-focused environment with excellent interpersonal skills alongside relevant IT skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, and willing to learn new software systems.

You will be a confident communicator and able to prioritise your tasks as relevant to meet the requirements of the role and incoming queries.


Due to the key-holder nature of this role, it is essential that you are able to get to the place of work by means other than public transport.
