In this role you will act as the QA Tester for the CloudBlue platform.

The QA Tester is responsible for ensuring the quality of the platform and its integration with existing business platforms, and testing.

Along with helping the team define the test cases,you will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs & issues.


The QA Testers main tasks include keeping a playbook of defined test cases, creating new & modifying test cases as new and changed functionality is created.


Define the test cases

  • Build strong relationships with the end user community, project team and product owner
  • Define, update and maintain playbook of test cases for the CloudBlue platform you provide QA testing for
  • Prioritise issues and have sufficient autonomy to make decisions

Record Defects & Issues

  • Reviewing and analysing system specifications
  • Executing test scripts and reviewing results
  • Reporting and documenting technical issues
  • Provide reporting on defect tracking
  • Maintain change logs

Continual Improvement

  • Identify ways to improve processes so they are lean and efficient while meeting business delivery requirements in line with backlog
  • Identify ways to continually improve on quality standards
  • Identify opportunities to lower costs
  • Identify methods to improve current team processes and quality standards

Must Have:


  • Previous experience as a QA Tester supporting software development and/or business systems projects, preferably for B2B products
  • An Eye for detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with small project teams
  • A dataminded and analytical approach to working
  • A demonstrable track record of making progress whilst managing competing pressures and deadlines and retaining an eye for detail and quality

Nice To Have:


  • Experience with the Microsoft CSP program
  • Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS)
  • Experience with CloudBlue
