Kingston College are seeking a Senior Pastoral Tutor


This is an exciting new role aimed to improving the learner experience and improving the positive progression of all learners.


As a Senior Pastoral Tutor, you will track and monitor the progress of a specific amount of our Further Education learners.

This will include conducting 1:1 meetings with learners, delivering College group tutorial programmes, liaising with members of staff and parents/guardians regarding learner progress and signposting learners to wider support as and when needed.

You will also be a part of the College Safeguarding team which will include supporting a caseload of students.
