Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (office-based)

Role Overview:


As our Project / Grants Coordinator, you will ensure the meticulous execution and compliance of our project and grant initiatives.

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong financial background, exceptional attention to detail, and preferably some experience in grant management.

You will be a linchpin in fostering the growth and success of local businesses through effective funding support.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Administer and coordinate project and grant programs, ensuring compliance with objectives and regulatory standards.
  • Work in concert with the Compliance Manager to monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and guarantee successful outcomes.
  • Maintain impeccable records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and uptodate.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to enhance project effectiveness and communication.
  • Prepare and deliver insightful reports and presentations for diverse audiences, reflecting project and grant impacts.
  • Unwavering attention to detail, with a proactive and organized approach to work.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of fostering teamwork and engaging effectively with stakeholders.
  • Positive, cando attitude, ready to address challenges and collaborate on solutions.
  • While previous experience in project management and grant administration is highly preferred, comprehensive training will be provided.
