GSL Education are currently looking to appoint an experienced?Teacher of History at one of our client?schools in
York starting at
Easter.

The school is looking forward to appointing an experienced History teacher, with excellent communication skills, who shares a passion and enthusiasm for our education trust and is determined to makea difference to the lives of pupils and staff, as part of our partnership commitment.

The successful applicant will be able to teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, to students of all abilities. You should have a proven track record of securing outstanding student outcomes.?

As the ideal Teacher of History, you should:

Have recent experience of teaching History to GCSE.
Be able to establish rapport and build trusting relationships with students.
Be motivating and inspire young people.
Have good interpersonal skills with the ability to empathise with young people.
Be a flexible and perceptive classroom practitioner who can engage students.
Be committed to your continuous professional development.
