The Role

BASE LOCATION:
Bellshill. On-site for initial 3-month training period moving to a hybrid model thereafter.

SALARY:
Base salary up to £28,000 (DOE) plus bonus

WORKING PATTERN:
Permanent | Full-time (35 hours per week)


Role Description

Are you an experienced Outbound Sales Consultant looking for a new and exciting challenge? Our growing business is recruiting an Outbound Sales Consultant to join our new and expanding team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify and scope new opportunities for each division, ensuring the company CRM system is always current and accurate
  • Make outgoing calls to develop new business opportunities and demonstrate objection handling.
  • Conduct customer research.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the company's products and services and articulate key features and benefits to prospects.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales colleagues when working on activity relevant to lead generation.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to management.

What do I need?

  • Excellent communication, time management and problemsolving skills.
  • Capable of building a portfolio of prospects.
  • Experience with cold calling within B2B (minimum 2 years).
  • Experience with research and maintaining databases.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Selfmotivated and driven, ability to work alone and as part of a team.
  • A growth mindset, adaptable and have a drive for continuous improvement.
