Job description:
I am currently working with a leading residential developer who are currently looking for a Technical Coordinator to join a fast paced and progressive environment.
The technical coordinator should have experience working for/with a developer or main contractor on residential led schemes.
- Collaborating on the planning and execution of residential development projects.
- Facilitating communication and coordination among various technical teams involved in construction, engineering, and design.
- Ensuring that projects comply with local building codes regulations, and obtaining necessary permits
- Managing technical resources, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Overseeing the documentation of technical aspects, including blueprints, specifications, and project documentation.
- Monitoring and ensuring the quality of construction work and materials used in residential projects.
- Managing project time lines to ensure timely completion of residential development projects.
- Communicating with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and government agencies.
- Identifying and resolving technical issues that may arise during the development process.
- Collaborating on budget management, ensuring that technical aspects of the project stay within financial constraints.
