We are currently seeking an Asbestos Surveyor to join our growing team, working from our Midlands office. The surveys are predominantly domestic properties within the social housing sector.


Essential Requirements:

• BOHS P402 certificate or equivalent
• 1 Year of industry experience
• A valid UK Driving Licence

Main Responsibilities:

• Carrying out asbestos surveys (management and refurbishment)
• Representing the company well at all times and in interactions with clients
• To be up to date with asbestos legislation, guidance and industry best practice

Essential skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• Good IT skills
• Flexible in your approach to working hours
