Our client is a well-known and reputable HGV dealership with several depots across Essex, Hertfordshire and East Anglia. Currently they are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their depot in Welham Green.


Purchase Ledger Administrator

EXCELLENT SALARY PACKAGE
09:00am - 17:30pm Monday to Friday


Main Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Logging, maintaining and filing invoices
  • Payment authorisation
  • Payment processing
  • Posting and monitoring petty cash
  • Investigating purchase ledger queries
  • Creating company reports
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Maintaining the accuracy of vendor details
