My client, a well-known fashion retailer, based in Central London, are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join their team.

You will be responsible for sourcing & recruiting exceptional talent across the whole business including various head office functions including Marketing, Procurement and IT.

You will also be expected to build & manager relationships with stakeholders & senior staff members across the head office.

As a Senior Recruiter, you will be expected to:

  • Deliver a full 360 recruitment model, by partnering with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders, to develop a systematic and clear recruitment strategy on all roles and manage and support the Recruiter to achieve the same
  • Ensure compliance across the team, including data integrity, SLAs, KPIs and use of Applicant Tracking System and own the recruitment process
You will be successful if you have the following:

  • Proven track record of working as a 360 Senior Recruiter as an in-house recruiter within Retail
  • Experience of owning, maintaining and developing stakeholder/Hiring Manager relationships, including appropriate influencing skills
  • Track record of successful and innovative sourcing strategies
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, social media and recruiting process workflows.
