  • Finance
  • Reports To: Accounts Payable Manager
  • Location: Gillingham / Hybrid
  • Overview:
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Day to day tasks will include:
  • Processing of invoices
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Aged Creditor analysis
  • Intercompany processing and reconciliation
  • GRNI
  • Prepayments and proformas
  • Stock and overhead processing
  • Troubleshooting across both stock and overhead queries
  • PO matching
  • Weekly payment runs
  • Direct Debit Posting and Matching
  • Expense Checking and Payments
  • Following authorisation and verification process to ensure all work is of auditable standard
  • Managing multiple inboxes
  • Job Skills & Experience Required:
  • To succeed in this role, you'll need the following:
  • Familiar with accounting software
  • Use of Microsoft Dynamic 365 advantageous
  • Good knowledge of excel
  • Previous experience in a similar role not necessary but advantageous
  • Person Specification:
  • Good communication skills happy communicating within your team and to external suppliers
  • Proactive attitude to work
  • Selfmotivating (agile working)
  • Meticulous eye for detail and exceptional planning/organisational skills
  • Positive and flexible approach to work
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
