Billing and Validation Administrator to join our Billing and Validation team in Wednesbury.

What will you be doing?_**As a
Billing and Validation Administrator, your core responsibilities will be

-
Validation duties:

Uploading, validating and quality checking orders received from customers within set SLA's.
Referring jobs back to the customer.
Answering internal & external stakeholders with job queries proactively.
Daily updates of Force our clients' database system.
Responsible for the Emergency Response Service (ERS) phone within working hours.

Billing duties:

Validating drawings on job packs, 'asbuilts' and supplier invoices.
Uploading documents and processes onto EOS database.
Responsible for storing backup information correctly on the system.
Exceptions payments, reporting, and dealing with Deviation from Estimates (DFE's).

Control of work in progress, ensuring sales targets are met, and any other duties with the accountabilities of the post.

Required:
_**- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft packages incl Excel, Word and databases.

Experience in invoicing or a customer service environment is desirable.
Knowledge of telecommunications, or business & civils engineering, is desirable.
