Are you looking for work as an on-road Service Engineer?


Duties

  • Carry out preventative maintenance, repair of overhead cranes, jib cranes, various hoists
  • Installation and dismantle of steel work, I.e overhead cranes, Post jibs
  • Onsite and offsite examination/inspection of different lifting equipment I.e slings, shackles, eye bolts
- troubleshoot equipment malfunctions

  • Consult with customer on repairs and safety related issues
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety on site
  • Generation sales leads during service visits
  • Completion of documents

Required

  • Conversant with electrical engineering disciplines
  • Relevant electrical and mechanical engineering experience, Particularly working on 3phase equipment
  • Experience with OH cranes and hoists
  • IPAF Licence
  • Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
  • Be physically fit and able to work heights
  • Demonstrate a willingness to work extra hours to suit the business needs.
  • Hold a current driving licence
  • Max 3 points

Preferable

  • PASMA Licence
  • FLT Licence
