We're hiring for
a Production Assembler to join one of the UKs leading manufacturers in high grade area lighting based in
Stockport.

In this role you will operate in the assembling of all electrical components, forming as part of a well-co-ordinated production line and contribute to the company's continuous growth within a unique and exciting sector.


What's on offer?
- £9.50 per hour

  • Monday
  • Thursday 7:30am 4:30pM/Friday 7:30am 12:30pm
  • Overtime available (paid at enhanced rate)
  • 25 days bank holiday

  • Profit related bonus scheme (after 3 years)

What will you be doing as a Production Assembler?

  • Basic wiring of electrical components
  • Electrical and mechanical assembly
  • Testing electrical products/components
  • Packaging products for dispatch
  • Preparation of materials
  • Maintaining equipment and looking out for any defects
  • Reporting any defects to Production Manager
  • Forming as a key part of an overall production line

What do you need?

  • Experience in assembly
  • Packing/Warehouse experience (desired)
  • Lighting/Wiring experience (desired)
