Due to a recent growth, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader looking to broaden their knowledge and experience as part of their journey.
The Key responsibilities of the Warehouse Team Leader will include but not be limited to:
- Manage stock accuracy levels within the depot and stock loaded into trailers against drivers' paperwork and check the accuracy of incoming deliveries.
- The ability to communicate well, both written and verbally
- Ensure your own and the team's KPI's are met
- Coordinating a team of Warehouse Operatives to accomplish the daily and weekly processing, picking, packing, and the dispatch of orders, and ensure operational KPI's are met and exceeded
- Reconcile stock levels within the warehouse against delivery and pick of each item
- Manage the delivery of accurate and timely dispatch of orders to our customers
Essential experience in:
- Leading at a team of at least 20+ staff
- Working in an FMCG environment
- Motivating a team

- Safety standards
- Quality/accuracy

- People engagement and Development
Preferential:
Working in the Bonded warehouse environment
Knowledge of automotive industry
Flexibility on working hours (future proof)
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£28,000.00 per year
