Flowserve Corporation is a public, multi-national company engaged in the engineering, manufacturing and servicing of advanced technology fluid handling and control equipment in a variety of markets worldwide.
The markets served include petroleum, power (nuclear & fossil), chemical processing and other general industry services where the movement and control of fluids are critical.
Customers are both in the public and private sectors.This role is essential to the smooth operation of the facility and we are looking for an individual who has excellent customer service skills, is organised and wants to be involved in a dynamic business with opportunities to grow and develop.
Your Role:
- Provide customer support and always strive to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Support the Project Managers with order execution including processing purchase orders, managing suppliers, liaising with the workshop and organizing transport.
- Support the spare parts business through managing customer enquiries, providing quotes and executing purchase orders
- Tracking spend on open orders to ensure margins remain within expectations and managing changes in scopes of supply
- Working with the project team and workshop supervisor to ensure the team have the necessary tools and equipment to effectively and efficiently complete their work
- Manage visitors attending the service centre
- Run the monthly report for safety observations and safety training
- Other duties as assigned
Your Profile:
- Verbal Communication

- Works with guidance to plan, organize, and prioritize activities to efficiently meet business objectives.
- Customer Service
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
