CMA Executive is delighted to partner with another leading professional services organisationin Southamptonwho require a Finance Director, who will strategically partner with the business owners and advise onimprovements for financestructure and operations,whilst supporting commercial objectives.

The business has undergone significant organic growth in recent years', and therefore would like to ensure that they are 'future proofed' for achievingtheir strategic goals.

In this role as Finance Director Consultant,you will partner with the business on a part-time capacity, possibly as a portfolio Directorfor a circa2-3 day per weekcommitment.

What will theFinance DirectorConsultantrole involve?
Develop a clear andworkablefinancial strategy for the business with theshareholders;
Analyse processes andprocedures underperformanceand be able toadvise and deliveronimprovements;
Enhance use of business intelligence tools acrossfinance and the wholecompanyutilisingPower BI;
Mentor and develop the Financial Controller so that they may achieve Finance Director remit in
