Our aim is to become a portal for talent across London driving growth in the knowledge economy and creative industries.

We are looking to strengthen our People & Culture Team with the appointment of a Resourcing Partner.

The role will work closely with our senior managers and recruiting managers, providing expert recruitment advice to ensure effective and timely deliverly of our recruitment campaigns.

From assistance with job descriptions and job evaluation, to sequencing of complex multi-role campaigns and effective advertising, this role will complement the advice provided by our HR Business Partners, and our HR Operations Team's recruitment administration.

To succeed in this role you will have demonstrable experience in a busy resourcing advisory role, with good IT skills and attention to detail.

You will need to be a effective and capable communicator with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a calm and focused approach.
