The Assistant eCommerce Trading Manager - Sustainable Fashion, will support the planning and execution of the digital trade and content strategy, ensuring that the customer journey is optimised throughout the site.


The roles and responsibilities in thisAssistant eCommerce Trading Managerinclude -

  • Reporting of weekly trade performance and providing analysis of key business drivers via Google Analytics to identify recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to implement a site content strategy which supports both brand and commercial objectives.
  • Ensuring assets are updated regularly and are relevant & usability testing has been conducted.
  • Help create and deliver a visual merchandising roadmap for the web experience.
  • Proactively use data balanced recommendations to improve the customer journey, conversion rate and average order value.

To be successful in this Assistant eCommerce Trading Manager - Sustainable Fashion position -

  • Looking for someone with 3 years + eCommerce/Online or Digital Trading experience
  • Ideally you would have a mix of digital merchandising, content and online trading.
  • Excited about utlising a data and brand focused approached
  • Ideally you would have retail or eCommerce experience within fashion, footwear, accessories, beauty or mixed product
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working independently to manage projects within the team and crossfunctionally
  • Experience using Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform or a similar platform
