This role would be supporting the Enterprise Automation team that runs the Center of Excellence services for robotic and digital process automations.

The service scope includes opportunity identification and prioritisation, automation implementation, maintenance,support, and optimisation.

This role will require working with US based teams, which will mean working up to 8pm, 4 to 5 days a week.

Job Description:

Oversee and manage automation intake process and coordination of process assessment meetings
Lead the planning, estimating, scheduling, and execution of various projects
Work with service owners and technical leads on project staffing
Monitor and report project status and performance
Maintain and manage Business client relationship and expectations
Work with project team members (technical and nontechnical) to identify, communicate and manage project changes, risks, and issues
Document and communicate project actions and decisions to ensure alignment and execution
Ability to manage?several projects through the full project life cycle process
Identify opportunities for improvements on intake process and project lifecycle. Work with automation service owners and delivery team to implement the improvements.

Qualifications:

Experience with managing projects using agile project management methodology is a must.
Great written and communication skills to run calls with technical staff and manage business updates is a must.
The ability to run multiple projects simultaneously with different business areas and stakeholders is a must.
Experience with managing automation projects is a plus.
Certification in Agile and or Lean is a plus.
Experience using or managing a project in JIRA is a plus.
Knowledge around SOX and GxP compliance is a plus.
