Calderdale Sports Services operate Leisure facilities in Halifax, Todmorden, Brighouse and Sowerby Bridge. Customer service is at the heart of the business.


You will:


  • Assist in the efficient and safe operation of the facility
  • Always providing a high level of customer service
  • Attentive to the needs of the customer, confident and possessing good communication skills.


We are looking for staff to cover holiday and sickness of our permanent team and lifeguard the pool, set up equipment and general cleaning of the facility.

You will also have flexibility with your working hours and location.


The RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification essential, experience of working in a similar environment / customer service industry is an advantage.


We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expect all staff to share this commitment.

Applicants to posts that are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act will require a DBS from the Disclosure and Barring Service before the appointment is confirmed.
