The Opportunity

Altus Group is a leading provider of commercial real estate advisory services, software, and data solutions.

We are currently looking for a QA Automation Lead with strong Python being the main programming skill. Remote work is available with some travel to our office based in London
_or_ in Manchester.

Our new QA Automation Lead will create data and software systems that make commercial real estate information more accessible and actionable for our users.

Your Responsibilities:
Previous leadership experience in an QA Automation Lead role Lead QA automation effort together with automation engineers and engineering teams through the development project. Develop and own the following: automation testing strategy, standards, practices, framework, and tooling across Squads; performance testing (load, capacity, volume, stress, soak, spike) strategy and work with development and devops teams to establish environment that emulate production as much as possible to execute these performance tests. Drive the research, evaluation and implementation of automated testing tools, frameworks, and utilities to provide recommendation; Provides leadership in a matrix environment Define processes that enable other QA automation engineers to operate efficiently; Create Reporting Standards; Identify and clearly define all necessary KPIs and metrics to report. Organize trainings and knowledge sharing sessions to improve QA automation and development engineers' knowledge and skills; Influence team members, providing technical guidance & expertise. Ability to coach & mentor the team members; Have collaborative mindset.

Your Skills and Experience:
6+ years in a QA Automation Lead capacity. Experience with:

Complex data systems and large data sets

Automated API frameworks (Python API testing framework Essential) Selenium UI automated frameworks (Python Essential) APIs and SQL Any cloud system like AWS, Azure, GCP. AWS is preferrable with knowledge on Lambda, S3, AWS Simple Notification services (SNS), RDS Serverless experience CI/CD experience with any deployment tools like Jenkins, ADO Jenkins / Jenkinspipelinescript Unit and Integration Testing GITHUB as source control and/or experience of working with ADO Performing peer code review Come realize your potential at Altus Group_
