Description

Housing Officer required to work across 5 dispersed general needs services in Gloucestershire. Swindon, Cheltenham and Gloucester.

Needs to be a driver with access to own vehicle.

Located role at an office at Newton House in Gloucester.

Office hours - 9-00am to 5-00pm Monday to Friday. 37.5 hours per week.

Experience required with dealing with and reporting ASB, reporting and chasing repairs, signing up new Customers / Tenants, dealing with emergencies, getting new rooms in emergency accommodation ready to let, and keeping a record of voids and void management.
