Mitchell & Dickinson is a rapidly growing
eco business which specialises in insulation solutions for period and listed properties throughout the South of England.


The role
Reporting to the Customer Manager you will take responsibility for:

  • Planning of survey routes and booking surveys across the South of England
  • Day to day administration tasks
  • Data entry and keeping good records of customer conversations using our in house project management system

About you

  • Prior people and customer communications work experience including both written and verbal communications
  • Be well spoken with excellent and confident and highly literate communication skills
- verbal and written with at least a level 6 (B) English GCSE or above

  • Strong IT skills (including Excel)
  • Excellent numeracy
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to high levels of accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadlines driven environment and remain calm and kind under pressure
  • An interest in the environment and being part of a company taking practical action on climate change

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £20,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
