We are looking for an individual to join our energetic, collaborative, and dedicated support team.About you
As an onboarding project co-ordinator, your contribution ensures we achieve our goals in customer success. You will have an enthusiastic approach and be technically minded with a basic knowledge of systems.
As an effective communicator, you will be able to liaise with team members and customers to overcome presenting challenges and configuration of our systems.
Operational background would be preferred along with an understanding of workflow management.What will we provide
With our quickly evolving SaaS solution, the triSaaS team will introduce you to the software with a systematic training process broken down by milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Principle point of contact and support to clients.
- Supporting and coordinating existing and new projects.
- Oversee client communications including project timelines, outputs and status updates.
- Providing specialised support and recommendations on the company's software to clients.
Key Skills:
- Ability to work within a team and effectively manage and prioritise workloads to ensure client needs are met.
- An organised and effective communicator who is willing to take initiative.
- Experience within the hospitality industry or software implementation is beneficial but not essential.
Our Position
This is an office-based role located at The Gyleworks in Edinburgh's buzzing Gyle business district. Our salary is competitively based on current position and experience. Hours of work are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with standard holiday allowance and pension scheme.
