Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete construction projects
- Fabricate and install structures such as windows, doors, roofs, and cabinets
- Perform carpentry work including framing, trim work, and finishing
- Conduct plumbing tasks such as installing fixtures and repairing leaks
- Weld metal components as needed for construction projects
- Execute painting tasks for both interior and exterior surfaces
- Engage in masonry work for projects requiring brick or stone structures
Experience:
- Proven experience in electrical work, carpentry, plumbing, welding, masonry, and painting
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Excellent problemsolving skills to troubleshoot construction issues efficiently
Pay:
£17,623.91-£45,377.59 per year
