OA are working with a wonderful membership organisation in their search for an Events & Membership CoordinatorROLE:
Events & Membership Coordinator
WHERE:
Central London
WHEN:
Monday - Friday / 09:00 - 17:00 / Hybrid Working
SALARY:
£27,900 per annum
BENEFITS: 25 days holiday / hybrid working / supportive team / generous pension scheme
Key Skills and Experience required:
- Working within a membership team or a similar working group
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to work to deadlines, manage multiple events and work effectively under pressure
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Team player with a motivated work ethic
- Ability to use own initiative and convey a solution orientated approach to problems
Events
You will be responsible for the overall organisation of events programme.
- Day to day management of all logístical requirements for events.
- Coordinating communications with speakers
- Collating delegate packs and presentations, producing name badges and any additional supporting materials required onsite
- Managing the registration process and answering delegate queries
- Supplier management this includes venues, AV, catering and other support if required
- Postevent reporting, including feedback, attendee lists, event recordings and budgeting
- Onsite support at events
**Working within the Membership Team, you will be required to assist the team with general queries surrounding membership this includes: - Membership subscription payments
- Online service support
- Overall Support Providing administrative support for the day to day operation of the Membership Team and other areas of the office as required
