We are looking for an Assistant Manager for a beautiful nieche retailer who are enjoying a massive period of growth and success in Altrincham.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to bring drive, enthusiasm and the highest possible retail service standards at all times.

Responsibilities;
Support the Store Manager in managing the day to day running of the store
Drive the store in achieving company KPI's
Ensuring your team delivers exceptional customer service
Delivering exemplary standards in store presentation, stock control, shrinkage and administration compliance
Complying with all Health & Safety policies and legislation
Use management information to make strategic business decisions

Have a proven track record in a service led retail environment.
Enjoy being on the shop floor - No sitting in the office for you
Be able to demonstrate a high level of operational, leadership, planning, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
Be target driven and customer service orientated
Be highly motivated and ambitious
Be a self starter with a can do attitude


As a Retail Manger you will be a credible presence in your store and thrive when driving your team to success.

The successful Retail Manager will be able to make commercial decisions to benefit the store and bring about the required change as and when needed.
